While the advertised battery life is great, we found that using it on the highest settings could potentially shorten that runtime.

Design

The JISULIFE PRO1S handheld fan certainly has a sleek, modern design. My daughter’s initial confusion with a Dyson hair dryer highlights its resemblance – both share a smooth, cylindrical body. However, the PRO1S is much more compact, on par with other handheld fans. The aluminum alloy construction gives it a premium feel, a noticeable difference from lighter plastic fans. While it has some weight, it’s comfortable to hold for extended periods. A clear LED digital display showcases the battery life and selected fan speed. For easy control, a scroll wheel conveniently positioned on the handle allows for intuitive adjustments on the fly. One minor detail to note is the inclusion of an anti-loss rope hole on the bottom, but the rope itself isn’t included with the purchase.

Power: 100 Level

The JISULIFE PRO1S doesn’t mess around when it comes to power. Boasting a whopping 100-speed level adjustment, it can crank up the airflow to rival a traditional desk fan on the highest setting. We put this claim to the test with a little ping pong ball experiment – the wind was strong enough to send it flying! This impressive air output held true whether we were battling the heat indoors at the gym or facing the elements during the Spartan Race. No matter the environment, the PRO1S delivered a cool and refreshing breeze to keep us comfortable.

Noise: Too Noisy for Top Level

As expected with such a powerful fan, noise level does increase with higher speeds on the JISULIFE PRO1S. While using it indoors, we found that by level 80, the noise became disruptive and difficult to tolerate for extended periods. Working or studying with the fan at this setting wouldn’t be ideal. However, the good news is that the comfortable wind zone seems to lie around level 60. At this setting, the airflow provided excellent cooling without creating an overwhelming soundscape. The situation changes outdoors, though. The ambient noise level naturally increases, making the fan’s noise less noticeable even at higher speeds. In our experience during the Spartan Race, even levels approaching 100 remained acceptable given the outdoor environment.

Working Time: 3-15 Hours

During our intense Spartan Race which lasted roughly 2 hours, the battery level held strong without needing a recharge. According to the advertised specs, the runtime can vary between 3-15 hours depending on the chosen fan speed. Lower speeds naturally offer extended use. The fast charging capability is another big plus. This means even if you do need a top-up, it won’t take long. And with the option to use a power bank, the PRO1S can potentially become a day-long cool companion for your outdoor adventures.
